Ceridust 2051 is recommended for solvent based coatings and inks where it improves rub and scratch sesistance and lowers the coefficient of friction (slip). Also the matting level can be influenced by the dosage of the wax and the silica content.
   
It is an additive for powder coating to increase the output during extrusion process and to improve the flow ability of the powder. It also improves slip properties, enhances scratch resistance and reduces gloss of the cured powder coating. In addition it is also used as a degassing agent.
