PHASETREAT 14231

PHASETREAT 14231 is a synergistic blend of surface-active organic chemicals in a mixed alcohol and hydrocarbon carrier solvent system. The formulation is the result of extensive screening specifically on the freshly sampled untreated crude oil emulsions of the Qarn Alam oilfields of North/Central Oman operated by Petroleum Development Oman (PDO). Whilst PHASETREAT 14231 has been specifically formulated, it may also have general application and as such its performance should always be checked on fresh crude oil emulsions. As with all demulsifiers, PHASETREAT 14231 should be subjected to field trials in order to verify its performance in plants under real process conditions prior to full field deployment.
