PHASETREAT 19451 is a synergistic blend of demulsifiers and surfactants in a solvent carrier system. The formulation is the result of extensive screening on various types of crude oil emulsions and these tests indicate that it has general application although it has been shown to be particularly suitable where a high degree of surface-active emulsifying compounds, natural or synthetic are present in the treated fluids. PHASETREAT 19451 is highly effective at emulsion breaking in oil and gas processing systems, leading to efficient dehydration of crude oil and clean produced water. PHASETREAT 19451 has been shown to exhibit excellent performance on a range of crude oil emulsions; although it is typically recommended to determine suitability of the product via confirmatory bottle testing, prior to implementation in the field.
