AddWorks™ PPA

Clariant’s novel PFAS-free polymer processing aid product line for polyolefin extrusion applications

Introducing AddWorks PPA: a new line of polymer processing aids designed for polyolefin extrusion applications. They are free of perfluoroalkyl substances (PFAS) in response to an increasingly tightening regulation driven by the persistent nature and potential health impacts of such substances. The new PFAS-free AddWorks PPA solutions are able to substitute the conventional fluoropolymer-based polymer processing aids and deliver the performance required in extruded polyolefin applications. AddWorks PPA enables melt fracture and die build up control, while maintaining extrusion efficiency.

In short, AddWorks PPA are high performance functional additives addressing the industry’s need for more sustainable and environmentally friendly solutions.
