Clariant, a sustainability-focused specialty chemical company, today announced that on 02 October 2025, the company received two claims for damages against four companies, including Clariant, from BP Europe SE and ExxonMobil Petroleum & Chemical B.V. with the court of Munich and Dortmund respectively, both in Germany.
