Susanne Wamsler

Susanne Wamsler studied at Princeton University in Princeton, New Jersey, USA, graduating with a degree in Political Economy. From 1984 to 1988 she held various positions with the Deutsche Bank AG in Munich and New York. In 1989 she received her MBA from INSEAD in Fontainebleau, France. Since then she has been a successful entrepreneur in different fields, including retail, real estate, telecommunications and wealth management. She complemented her education with certificates in board membership and corporate governance and has previously held mandates and officer positions in different businesses as well as non-profit organizations before joining the Clariant board.
