Lynette Chung - Head of Sustainability Strategy & AdvocacyLynette Chung believes in delivering change where it is most needed, with a focus on collaboration. As Head of Corporate Sustainability Strategy & Advocacy at Clariant, Lynette draws on her extensive experience in environmental, social, industrial and trade policy affairs to drive strategic initiatives and advocacy at a global level. She is the co-founder of Clariant’s EcoTain label and led Clariant’s listing on the Dow Jones Sustainability Index in 2013. Lynette is a member of several working groups in the European chemical industry association, Cefic.
Richard Haldimann - Head of Innovation Excellence & Business IncubatorRichard Haldimann PhD is an ‘out-of-the-box’ thinker, passionate about innovation and sustainability. He has a chemistry background and hands-on expertise in identifying and developing sustainable growth opportunities. He was also part of the founding team of the startup XiMo and sits on the board of the ETHZ spinout Haelixa AG.
Bernd Högemann - Head of Business Unit MasterbatchesBernd Högemann PhD is Senior Vice President and General Manager at Clariant’s Masterbatches Business Unit, which is recognized as a global leader in color and additive concentrates and performance solutions for plastics. Bernd combines his academic insights into psychology with his extensive experience within corporate planning and strategic development, and a personal passion for plastics recycling, to drive his current responsibilities at Clariant.
Ed Gallagher - Head of Marketing Business Unit PigmentsEd Gallagher is Head of Marketing, Business Unit Pigments, at Clariant, spending his time enthusiastically immersed in a world of color. Ed is an expert in sustainable high-performance colorants and is focused on business management and development, initiating growth in areas including pharmaceuticals, personal care and food ingredients. Previously, Ed held positions with BASF and Syngenta.
Stephan Lynen - Head of Business Unit AdditivesAs Head of Clariant’s Additives Business Unit, Stephan Lynen is responsible for the strategic development of BU Additives across regions and segments, focused on improving additives to enhance recyclability. His two decades of experience working with Clariant in multiple business units across the company in the Asia Pacific region, Turkey and Europe give Stephan a unique perspective for energetically embracing challenges and implementing change.
