Triethylene glycol dimethyl ether is part of Clariant’s ethylene glycol dimethyl ethers (glymes) portfolio. Glymes are aprotic solvents with unique characteristics, including miscibility with water and aliphatic/aromatic hydrocarbons, excellent solubilizing power, and suitability as inert reaction media for organic and organometallic reactions as well as polymerizations.
