OxyMax® PA触媒は、o-キシレン、ナフタレン、混合原材料を無水フタル酸 (PA) に選択的酸化するときに高性能を発揮します。この触媒は、クラリアントの独自仕様の液体層コーティングプロセスで製造しています。独自仕様のプロモーターは、多層触媒設計における活性と選択性を最適化します。これによって、触媒ソリューションを、個々のプラントの操業条件とニーズに合わせることができます。

2019年4月11日Clariant, a focused and innovative specialty chemical company, today announced the successful start-up of its new high-yield OxyMax PA 690 catalyst at Petrowidada’s world-scale phthalic anhydride plant in Gresik, East Java, Indonesia. After an industry-standard ramp-up time to a high ortho-xylene load of 100 grams per normal cubic meter (g/Nm³), the production facility reports significantly greater yield for the first nine months of operation.
