Mill Operators Conference 2026
We put our customers at the center of everything we do, and we work together to help them achieve six sustainability goals of the mining industry that are aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals:
Delivering minerals essential for the energy transition
Supporting the energy transition with high-performance mining chemicals, including flotation reagents that optimize mineral processing and enhance recovery of copper, lithium, and other decarbonization minerals.
Supporting the decarbonization of the steelmaking value chain
Delivering higher grades and improving recovery with flotation reagents for iron ore and enabling the production of low-silica pellets to support the decarbonization of the steelmaking industry with high-performance pelletizing binders.
Improving energy efficiency
Optimizing the recovery of minerals contained within coarse size fractions with specialized collectors and frothers for coarse particle flotation to reduce energy consumption in grinding processes.
Managing tailings storage facilities in alignment with the GISTM
Helping mining operations implement the Global Industry Standard for Tailings Management (GISTM) by minimizing risks in tailings storage facilities with filter aids to improve tailings filtration and flotation solutions to help recover valuable minerals from tailings.
Optimizing water usage
Helping beneficiation plants maximize water recovery with rheology modifiers for tailings handling and dewatering and water conditioning agents for heavy metal and cyanide removal.
Minimizing use of hazardous chemicals in operations
Helping the mining industry replace hazardous chemicals with safer and less toxic alternatives, such as xanthate replacement collectors, copper depressants that replace NaSH and PFAS-free acid mist suppressants.
